2. Training Limitations


While our CPR training is designed to prepare individuals to respond in emergency situations:

  • We do not guarantee your ability to perform CPR effectively in a real-life emergency.

  • Course completion and certification do not imply professional or legal qualification to act as a healthcare provider or emergency responder.

  • Application of learned skills in real-life scenarios is at your own discretion and risk.


3. Assumption of Risk


Participation in CPR training involves physical activity and practice, including chest compressions and rescue breathing simulations. By participating, you assume all risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury or discomfort

  • Emotional distress

  • Health complications from participation


We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in our courses or from applying CPR techniques.

2. Course Registration and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless a course is cancelled by us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen events.


3. Certification

  • Completion of a CPR course does not guarantee certification unless all course requirements are successfully met.

  • Certification may be issued by a third-party organization (e.g., American Heart Association). Their certification requirements will apply.

 

4. User Conduct


By using our website or services, you agree to:

•    Not misuse or disrupt our website.
•    Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.

Refund Policy


Refunds and Cancellations

 

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the course are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course.

  • If a course is cancelled by 303CPR, students will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or incomplete attendance.

  • Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your class at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • One-time rescheduling is free. Additional rescheduling may incur a $25 administrative fee.

 

2. Waiver of Liability


Waiver and Release of Liability


By enrolling in and attending a CPR course provided by 303CPR, you agree to the following:

  1. Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that participation in CPR training is voluntary and may involve physical exertion, risk of injury, and emotional distress.

  2. Health Condition: You confirm you are physically capable of participating in the course activities. You agree to notify the instructor of any health conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate.

  3. Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with your participation, including injury, illness, or damage resulting from training or application of CPR in real-life situations.

  4. Release of Liability: You release 303CPR, its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to your participation in the course.

  5. Medical Care: In the event of injury or illness, you authorize 303CPR to secure appropriate medical care. You are responsible for any associated costs.

  6. You will be asked to sign a printed or digital version of this waiver before the course begins.
